D&L, Inc offers building automation and control services to include small and large commercial buildings to larger industrial facilities.
The JENEsys Building operating system, powered by Niagara frameworks allows for the integration of multiple operating systems within a facility or between multiple buildings and devices. This allows for better energy management, occupant comfort, remote diagnostics, supported preventive maintenance and downtime of critical equipment.

  • Main panel with the frontend controller with Bac Net, Lon and NDIO networks integrated. Mechanical Room Controller with isolation relays
  • Typical variable Air Volume Box with Reheat, Cooling and Heating set point limits with links to floorplan graphics, mechanical room graphics and the alarm panel.
  • Basic Air Handler graphics with mixed air damper control, supply and return fan VFD’s, CO2 fresh air control, links to the chiller graphics, mechanical room grapics, floorplan graphics and the alarm panel.
  • Boiler room graphics with a three boiler system and lead/lag inline pumps.
  • Chiller graphics showing current operating pressures with multiple scheduling options for either shutting off the chiller during unoccupied times or raising the chilled water setpoint.
